CSC Evaluations
In the third year of the five-year grant award, the Cooperative Science Centers are evaluated. The evaluation consists of a formal review of the Centers education, scientific, and administrative components. A five-person evaluation team is selected by NOAA’s Educational Partnership Program to conduct the Cooperative Science Center evaluation at the site of the lead Center institution. The evaluation team is typically comprised of educational, scientific, and administrative experts as well as a NOAA scientist and grants representative.
